I didn’t catch it. Outside of 706s I’m not a Tax preparer. But the poster that did (Texn) catch it explains it. His AGI was less than zero. Which means he can’t take any itemized deductions. Meaning he couldn’t take any charitable deductions. That is a perfectly reasonable explanation.
This return does nothing to prove or disprove whether he took the Presidential salary. If his past returns inform us at all…it would not be wise to assume he did not take a salary. In fact, it shows he took no salary without taking a deduction.

BASICS: The 2020 tax return does not tell us whether Trump made ZERO charitable donations or BILLIONS in donations, because he could not deduct charitable donations in 2020. Whatever donations he may have made simply CANNOT be DETERMINED from the 2020 return.
PRECIS: You list itemized deductions (including charitable donations) on Schedule A (and attachments), subject to certain limitations discussed below.
Trump lists $0 of charitable donations for 2020, but this DOES NOT mean that he made no such donations. Because you do NOT list ALL donations … only those that are deductible.
60% of all donations would normally be deductible (subject to some COVID-related caveats not applicable here). BUT you can deduct charitable donations ONLY if you have an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) which exceeds the amount of the donations.
