You better believe anything remaining classified would have been unambiguously stamped or labeled as such, and any such documents or material seized at Trump’s place would have joyfully been described in the search return/“inventory list” as “document labeled ‘classified,’” SPECIFICALLY. Does the list include any such descriptions? Not that I saw.

Oh, were we supposed to take CNBC at their word as they breathlessly screeched about nUcLeAr sEcReTs!!!!!?

Check the dates, dude. The FBI literally couldn't even that Trump kept the entire trove of shite that implicated...

... the FBI for their complicity in the Spygate nonsense.

Still doesn't stop him from waiving his dick and declassifying them.

This will never be settled on Tigerdroppings or in the media. It will have to be settled in court whatever the differences are.

With that said, the hair on fire get Trump media articles that will certainly come out in the days, weeks and months by the same media hacks that perpetuated the MUH Russia Hoax will be fun.

When will you be satisfied with getting Trump? What is the end result for you? Why are you so scared of him?

Again, **SPECIFICALLY LABELED “classified”. The physical, specific labeling is very important in this area. They would have loved nothing more than to vehemently point out any such specific labeling. It matters a lot. As it stands on their list, that’s simply a working theory on their part, “these particular documents are classified”. That’s a tacit admission that it’s going to be up for legal debate.

Everyone knows it’s a bullshite investigation. Dems know it deep down but wouldn’t admit it in public.

In the long run it will only continue to help Trump.

It’s a textbook case of the ole “investigation in search of a crime” scenario, as has been the case each time.

The problem is that most folks don't understand the classifications and how it works... They will be easily manipulated.

What makes you believe that any documents at Trump's place were actually declassified?

What makes you certain that they weren’t?

If they were in fact declassified, why can't we see them?

The FEDS won’t let us?

If not classified or secret due to some action taken by Trump when he was president, then we should all be able to request them under the Freedom of Information Act.

Um, that’s not how this works. Don’t be a fool.

But we can't see them. Because they are still classified.

By whom? When? Why? How are you certain? Because of a list made by people that may be complicit in the cover up in a crime?

LOL

thought they were nuke codes?

Not sure if mentioned in the thread, but apparently there weren't any. But there was a letter to Kim about how well their meeting went, and I think "nuclear" was mentioned. That was the "nuclear secret" was leaked and ran with.

maybe he took top secret docs about our nukes, maybe he didnt, I have no idea, but hes not denying it today, all he says is they werent mentioned in this affidavit. but no shite they werent mentioned, anything sensitive is redacted, there was no chance we'd see anything about that today.
