dude we are so far past that. trump has ALREADY RETURNED classified top secret docs, and returned them BECAUSE THEY WERE CLASSIFIED. that happened in quiet back in January, and then again in June.

if he had declassified these, he would have said so then.

there is nothing, not one single thing, not even trumps own behavior, to indicate these were declassified.

and before anyone asks, the reason for the subpoena two weeks ago is trump was still lying about what he had and hiding top secret records. he damn near admits as much on truth today, he doesnt say he gave them all of the classified top secret docs, he says he gave them "much".
