I copied my below request from another thread on this, but it's relevant here. Can either
quote:

Mke
or
quote:

Byron Bojangles III
answer the below?

quote:

Can you do us a favor, point us to the formal procedure for a sitting President to declass documents and information. Be specific, and if you would, please use examples of past Presidents enacting this procedure for documents they took with them as they left the White House.

Surely in the history of the republic at least one other President took with him materials some would deem sensitive to national security, so I'm confident you will be able to point out this procedure or find an example of it's use.

Or maybe they didn't use this procedure and should have, and the current President at the time sent federal agents to his private residence to retrieve everything they deemed sensitive, maybe there is an example of that somewhere?

Let us know what you find.

Some of the documents were labeled human intelligence referring to human sources (spies) we have in foreign countries. Other stuff wad signal Intel which refers to how we spy on foreign adversaries.

Remember when you made an arse of yourself for four years by repeating as fact everything the media said about Russian collusion?

I don’t think you do.

No it’s not. It is still Top Secret, until declassified. Either through the proper channels or by the president. It doesn’t just become declassified.

These weren't just old itineraries.

You know what the documents are. I know. Trump knows. The press knows and the FBI knows. But here we are playing games.

They were all "Crossfire Hurricane" documents. The FBI took them to make them inaccessible to the court for "national security reasons" due to Trump's lawsuit against the coup plotters and HRC.

If I was a former President and could only take 25 Top Secret documents with me when I left office, I would have a tough time choosing. CIA report on who really killed JFK? Alien autopsy report from Roswell? Nude photos of Ruth Bader Ginsburg?

Something tells me these 25 are a lot less exciting.

The president as Commander in Chief has plenary power to declassify.

What makes you believe that any documents at Trump's place were actually declassified? If they were in fact declassified, why can't we see them? If not classified or secret due to some action taken by Trump when he was president, then we should all be able to request them under the Freedom of Information Act. But we can't see them. Because they are still classified.

It's not that he doesn't "remember." He simply doesn't care. It's like everyone of these people are able to pretend there is never a yesterday.

Is that 25 limit in the constitution?

I assume he had the documents that he said he declassified at MAL.

What makes you believe that any document at MAL were not classified?

And if some were still classified, then what?

Courts have already ruled on this. Precedent set.

You can't state this as fact. It pure speculation on your part due to mental gymnastic and fitting your narrative.

At this time the National Archives and Trump's own attorneys have both acknowledged that Trump had classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. There has never been a formal statement by anyone that everything at Mar-a-Lago was part of the crossfire hurricane documents that Trump ordered declassified.

You keep saying these things but you have never linked to any formal statement by anyone.

because he gave them back.

150 docs in January, a dozen more in June.

if those docs were his to keep, he wouldn't have given them back.

That is a declassification order for Crossfire Hurricane documents. That is what a declassification order looks like.

You keep saying that everything at Mar-a-Lago consists of declassified Crossfire Hurricane documents. That's your lie. There has never been any statement by Trump or anyone else that everything at Mar-a-Lago consisted of declassified Crossfire Hurricane documents. But you keep repeating that assertion. What do you base it on?

You mean your sources didn't tell you that ranking members of Trump's administration and staff have stated that they were declassified. Your sources keep your hopes up by keeping you in the dark like a mushroom.

None of this belies the fact that the now full on Leftist Deep State opens the Border, sics the Intel Community on those who threaten to out them, crashes the economy and USD via printing, gives Iran nukes/$$$ and the Taliban 85 billion in top tier weaponry and moves toward a virtually irreversible “fundamental change “. Muh top secret “ no. They may take Trump out but it will increase the mounting hostility and hatred from the the Right. They elitist Left knows what is coming, they just think they can win a free for all street fight. Or maybe just by causing such they ‘win’. We’ll know pretty soon.
