Clemency is not the same as pardon. If all he does is grant clemency, he will leave these people with criminal records for the rest of their lives. This is a half-arse move, if true.

I tried to track down the original article here - looks like Bloomberg is behind a wall but it seems to have been picked up by yahoo. I don't see any direct quote from Trump that is recent and uses the word clemency. This was just Bloomberg stirring the pot with Jan6 coming up. There's no news here and nothing has changed since his prior comments. We'll just have to see what Trump does on Day 1.
