...because you have zero way of auditing an election.

Any election can run smoothly with immediate results if validity isn't a question.

I saw the 30+ thousand vote dump from Orleans Parish in 2019 like 30 minutes before polls closed.

Watched it with friends from the RNC at a Hunting Lodge in Thornwell.

Maybe legit, maybe not. I do not trust electronic voting.

There's a new world of paper ballots - serialized, water marked ballots are very hard to duplicate/cheat. Similar to the security features in a dollar bill but not as many features.

If you don't like hand counting then use a scanner, but the official vote count is the paper not the scanner. But recent studies and demonstrations of hand counting (videos available online) show the "hand counting" (really a misnomer) can be done in two hours for the largest precincts in Louisiana.

"If it ain’t broke…"

it's broke if you can't audit the election. Louisiana's elections cannot be audited. As declared by the Legislative Auditor and the judge in Caddo Parish who directed a new election for sheriff from December '23 election.

paper ballots are no more secure than a machine.

Just want to remind the democrats here, they were questioning our machines in Louisiana well before the 2020 election.

That’s how I knew election machines were vulnerable. Because it’s been talked about a lot. And by democrats.

But 2020 happens, nothing to see here.

2024 happens. Elon hacked the machines!

Paper ballots are a solution in search of a problem

Louisiana is way too dumb to deal with paper ballots. It would take weeks to count

One… two… ta-two… seven… ah hell let’s start over after lunch

How hard are they to rip up and/or hide?

What can go wrong…

Anyone remember 2000 and the pregnant ballots, hanging chads, or ballots that had bubbles partially filled or double filled in Florida.

La. Repub vote history

673,239 - Bobby Jindal
505,940 - David Vitter
734,286 - Eddie Rispone
547,827 - Jeff Landry

You really believe that Vitter and Landry got less votes than David Duke? 30 years later? And Duke was running against the real Edwards

I’m pretty sure some of these are 2 person runoff totals? Why are we comparing them to a primary that Landry won outright?

I don't think I've ever seen an election where some voting machine wasn't malfunctioning and needed to be restarted or unplugged.

They say the votes are saved and recorded, but one has to wonder.

Can’t audit machine electronic ballots.

There is a thread somewhere about the internet traffic during the 4 am spike in votes for Biden in the 2020 election .

Paper ballots can be audited…

Louisiana was the first state to go all digital voting. This cleaned up a lot of corruption of voting in urban areas of the state and how LA shifted from being dominated by the Dems to by GOP

I just one question for you. Do you believe that a diaper wearing dementia patient hiding in his basement REALLY got 10 million more votes than the Black Messiah?

No deflection, no whataboutisms, no look over there, just answer yes or no.

Because Landrys victory was an historic win? Yet we couldn't beat JBE, even with 2 run-off elections. Which reinforces doubt in our election results

NOLA always waits until 10 or so PM report, then dumps a bunch of D votes.

I remember when Rispone was up against JBE for most of the night…until the 10 PM Nola vote dump…50k votes, 90% for JBE. F’n 90 %. That’s almost statistically impossible.
