Proof 2020 was stolen.

Voiding everything Biden did - including the biologist all all his judicial appointments.

He could announce his tariff rebate program to drop 2 grand in everyone’s account in the morning.

If he actually announced that, I would start to believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny again.

As for the 8 or 9 wars Trump claims he ended; either you can't count or you refuse to believe the truth.

Wait wait wait....

You spend years accusing the GOPe of being war profiteers and MIC while MAGA whines about money given to allies to protect themselves, then when someone whines about a potential war, you blame the GOPe??????

There's not even any logic to this anymore. MAGA is just cult behavior at this point.

My prediction on what the speech will be about, ranked by likely hood:

1.) Economic stuff with a list of accomplishments and plans for next year,
3.) Air strikes on narco facilities in Venezuela,
3.) Plans for mass round-ups of illegals, especially dangerous ones, and deportations. Travel restrictions to/from third world shitholes.
4.) Shows the proof that the 2020 election was stolen,
5.) Announces a slew of indictments against bad people that will actually go to jail.
6.) Space aliens.

Personally, I'm hoping for number 6.

Ostensibly yes.

It's a military blockade and act of war.

These are things that the administration obviously believes can bring enough pressure to topple the regime, perhaps with a nudge via some “surgical” strikes.

Yeah, they'd rather things not get messy, but also won't mind if they do.

But I'd ask this:

Why must any foreign gubmint leaders (see Venezuela, Libya, Iraq) who don't want their nation's oil industries co-opted by American-Corporate interests OR their currency and trade based on the USD be targeted for "regime" change"?

The whole speedboat "drug-runner" op was obviously just a flimsy excuse to ease into "regime change".

Trump calls for a national address and issues a mean social media post (using the MSM verbage here for levity) about Venezuela. Looks like Venezuela is going to get a sleigh load of freedom for Christmas.

Nobody is paying much attention to the President of the USA in 2028. The first woman President.

Your list is pretty good. The space aliens invasion mention / warning would especially be very controversial.

Additions:

As usual we'll also hear GOP cheering over empty promises, over-exaggeration of "accomplishments", "exciting" pronouncements of massive, resource-hog AI Data Centers that usher in authoritarian policies, AI Data "jobs" that somehow "help the "economy" .... and total mis-direction that don't really explain any real justice served or MAGA benefits.

Flipping over this cards doesn't really matter, does it? We all knew the election results were rigged in real time.

"Proof" without revealing the identities of those who dealt the cards is futile; Only the appropriate high-profile indictments, arrests, and justice of harsh sentencing of the perps will suffice.

IF this doesn't happen, we'll know EVERYTHING has been scripted nonsense and one giant LARP op.

Your premise that US action is explained totally by a foreign government’s oil reserves is clearly incorrect, as we are not practicing regime change on Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Israel, Norway, Trinidad and Tobago, Canada or the UK. As long as oil reserve nations play economic ball the US leaves them to their profits. It’s when they ally themselves in confederacy against us that we get aggressive (with a few mostly mid-last century exceptions).

I notice you didn't deny it happening in Venezuela, Libya, or Iraq

And why would Imperial USA want regime change in those countries? We have military bases in all of them AND they engage in "approved" policies.

Ok, sure. That's been out policy of engagement. But does "might make right"?

In whose actual interests is the US military used to be aggressive, twist arms and "play economic ball"?

Has it been on behalf of the profits of Corporate Giants? OR, benefit of the American people?

And why shouldn't sovereign nations have the right to engage and ally with non-American "confederacies"?

I didn’t have to in order to prove…

Your idealistic views on governments being able to make their own sovereign decisions is pollyannish. If America played that way we would be systematically taken apart in a world that has never been that way.

Here is the quote to which I was responding…

I think that clearly implies that all of them will be targeted for regime change if they don’t let us co-opt their oil industries. So I only need to identify one that does not let us co-opt its oil industry and yet is not targeted for regime change. I named several.

I’m not trying to be argumentative here. I think you have to agree that something else is in play besides a desire to co-opt a country’s oil industry. Like Libya, Iran and Venezuela are our geo-political enemies.

Oil "industries" . Currency choice. Trade control. Bureaucratic control.

All of it is hijacked, pirated and under new control as a result of unsolicited imperial military action once a "regime" changes hands. That is its purpose. The target nations deemed "uncooperative" to American will and whims are targeted.

You seem to believe rejection of our meddling and interference of other sovereigns' affairs and policies is "naivete"; Who died and made the US-Global imperialists overlord of the world?
