Well, let's hope it's a legitimate effort.

The biggest initial obstacle is retaining serious counsel.

He had four years to push to end their Section 230 protection. He should have pushed harder to end this nonsense while he had the power.

I believe there was an entity who went by a single letter that said “class action lawsuits are very effective”. Let’s see what happens. NCSWIC

They would have screamed “FASCIST” even louder.

This should eliminate any question of free speech or first amendment issues if he goes after them as a citizen.

This might be a mistake imho, IF true. Not that he’s not completely justified. But long term, in the 4th term of our GEOTUS, the courts will use it to nullify future antitrust actions against these two Democrat party institutions.

"No Standing". Rule of Law/Equal Justice is a thing of our past. Over half the propagandized Youth in our Nation believes that our Founding/Constitution was Racist and evil. And many 'woke' adults.

I will really be surprised if they let this go forward to any real action that would put Free Speech back to it's rightful place.

If a baker has to server ghey people, why doesn't Twitter have to serve conservative people?

Good but the judicial system will probably just tell him he has no standing.

Aren’t you the moron that said he wouldn’t end his term? You predicted it dozens of times. Why would we take anything you say seriously?

I know you’re trolling, but it is even funnier to us real attorneys when newbies like you act like they have some insight.

Let me give you a hint: where are these companies headquartered? Do you know why that matters?

Link says he’s suing Zuck and Dorsey as individuals, not the companies. But go ahead and wow us with your Tier 2 regional defense firm junior partner knowledge of Delaware Court of Chancery
