I read 2 years today. We will see, but the 10-17 year estimates reported for Boeing are fricking embarrassing. At that rate the next POTUS might not fly in their plane.

Here’s the gotcha - Boeing was supposed to have this plane built years ago and the people involved receiving the money put it into their fricking pockets instead of building the plane and DEMOCRATS were in charge during this time where they did nothing to hold them accountable

Because the systems in a USAF VC , aside from the ultra classified Military components, are light years from a B-24. Boeing closed the 747 assembly line years ago, so you're basically constructing a new aircraft like a classic car rebuild.
