Yeah they have made restrictions on retail vendors that require these things. Vendors do have a right to refuse to sell you a gun.
It's their way of cracking down without violating your 2A rights.
Just like facebook or twitter or TD being able to ban you but the government cant violate your 1A rights.
The difference with those situations and voting is that the state runs elections so they would be violating your rights.

This is possibly the wildest and wrongest characterization of gun laws I've ever read.
Do you actually believe any of this?

Trump knows if this doesn’t pass, he’s going to be impeached over and over and over.
Well probably because he's trying to do shite like this.

You don't think they want ID and background checks for every gun buyer?
They certainly do.
The reason it doesn't exist is because the 2A shall not be infringed and all citizens in good standing have a right to buy a gun, even if they don't have an ID.

Turmp should keep his pie hole shut so they can pass it outright, then he can sign it and dunk on them.
Assuming Congress passes it and Trump signs it relatively soon, a Democrat judge will overturn it within days and Trump will have to appeal and wait for the Supreme Court to take it up. No way this is effect before mid terms.

Then let the process play out, in Congress, and then Trump can claim the Dems are fighting to rig the election.

If he’s done nothing wrong then what is he worried about?
Clinton was impeached and I don’t recall him going after anyone because he knew he screwed up. This is something pussy trump is incapable of and he won’t admit his mistakes he just wants to get even. This country needs a leader and this prick ain’t it.

He can't pass anything in congress except tax cuts for his people.
He has all 3 chambers and the SC.
Republicans can't govern when in power, luckily they are bad at everything they try to do.

I just noticed that Trump added that if the Dems gain power they "will not only be adding two States to our roster of 50, with all the baggage thereto...."
wasn't he just trying to add Canada as a state and also Greenland like a few weeks ago?

This struggling country and the rest of the world say thanks for turning the world into unnecessary turmoil and voting a stupid twit who can’t manage a successful casino into power in the greatest country ever in history and driving it into the ground for his own self glorification.
Congratulations, this is what you kneel to and voted for. Pathetic.

The only ones responsible for any turmoil is on your side of the isle, by design. Jackass.
I bet you eat, sleep, and shite with Trump on your mind. WTF is wrong with you?

I’m just curious when the Dems went all in on Open Borders? And please don’t say this isn’t the position because everyone witnessed it for 4yrs. I mean Obama appeared to be against Open Borders. Biden’s handlers were for it. The only possible answer is votes. There is no other reason to open your borders wide open and give tax dollars handouts to those that come in if it is not for votes. It wasn’t helping the economy or housing or welfare pay for Americans. So why did they do it? Curious the answer? Is it a moral one? What’s the reason they prioritize non citizens over citizens?
