It was an accomplishment from a purely logistical standpoint.

The problem I had was how so many then mandated their usage.

If I’m not mistaken, Trump messed up the plans of what the deepstate wanted as far as the vaccines go with warp speed. In reality it may have been his greatest accomplishment because of what it actually did without anyone knowing what it did. Yes he rushed vaccines through but the plans the deepstate had were sltered because of it.

Did you take the jab?

Even person I know who took the original two shot jabs and subsequent boosters has had Covid-19 at least twice and some more than 3 times. The people I know who never took the jabs have either had Covid-19 once or not at all, or if they got it they never knew it.

This from Reason.

“ When Joe Biden was sworn in as president in January 2021, he had good reason to be optimistic about the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite being widely criticized for—and arguably losing his first reelection because of—the perceived insufficiencies of his coronavirus response, President Donald Trump had successfully overseen Operation Warp Speed. As a result of this public-private partnership, federal health officials were able to grant emergency authorization for COVID-19 vaccines by the end of 2020, a much faster than expected timetable. In the first few months of Biden's presidency, millions of Americans got vaccinated and COVID-19 cases dropped rapidly.

The fantastic news was short-lived. Infection numbers began to climb again in the summer of 2021 with the rise of the delta variant. While health officials had initially suggested that the vaccines would prevent infection—a claim also repeated by Biden himself—it turned out that they offered limited protection in this regard. More Americans died of COVID-19 during Biden's first year in office than Trump's last.
How did Biden respond to these problems? By doubling down on the most intrusive and least justified pandemic prevention policies: mandates and lockdowns. These policies proved incredibly ineffective at stopping COVID-19.”

Trump acted based on what info was available. Fauchi and others were complicit and hid the truth. From Trump and Biden. But Biden had more lead time to act.

He only agreed to it to get everything back open and running to save the economy.

He always said he wanted it optional and not mandatory.

He even stressed that his course of treatment for Covid was something he wanted for everyone.

The Biden administration caused the unvaccinated to become 2nd class citizens in the workplace and at hospitals.

Sure.

The president and the government can spend massive amounts of taxpayer money, directed at any endeavor and they will nearly always claim it was a monumental success.

My recollection is this isn't true for people without natural immunity.

I'll always welcome data that makes me even more angry about COVID.

Maybe you (and many others here were not), but the country and the world was clamoring for a vaccine at the time. In the "fog of war" of the worst health crisis in 100 years, we cannot expect perfect decisions 100% of the time.

Project Warp Speed was at best marginally effective even when using cooked CDC and NIH data and Trump is still pimpimg for that BS.

Was nothing more than the removal of red tape. It was not the creation of the vaccine.

I've voted trump 3 times, still support him and the America First/MAGA agenda but to claim Project Warp Speed as one of his greatest accomplishments

I don’t believe you. Also, if you didn’t want to take the shot then you shouldn’t have taken it. If you never took it then why do you care? What harm did having it available for those who wanted to take it do? Were there leftists idiots who wanted to fire people for not taking it? That’s on Biden not Trump.

Because the part that he did was.

He isn’t the scientist. He just paved the way.

And he surely didn’t fricking mandate it.

Get a fricking clue.
