And while all of that is happening how are you avoiding the collapse of the global economy due to the inability to provide their economies with oil?

We are per the WH four weeks away from being out of oil reserves globally so thats your window without a firm means of reestablishing oil distribution for the 20% of the global oil and fertilizers that transit the strait currently.
