It’s pretty much revivifying the Keystone Pipeline. It is from Canada to Wyoming. This will remove a lot of dangerous trucking and train transportation, that is also CO2 intensive, and it will put it safely underground in an environmentally friendly, safer, and less expensive pipeline.
