All one has to do is look at the number of self proclaimed Trump voters here who have soured to the degree they have over things Trump has stood for since he came down the escalator to know this.
It’s the 3x Trump voters here that really scare me.
Do you have a suggestion for us?

yeah its pretty much the other way around.
The republicans in congress have not done shite.
They did not even confirm a lot of his nominees. They could have fixed that with recess appointments but they did not let that happen.

The crazy thing to me, is he was really the only person in the higher levels of government that wanted this war across the whole political spectrum. Yes, a lot of MAGA voters flipped views and have his back, but if you asked that group in the going into the 2024 election the story would have been really different

It’s really no different from what we always seen. Republicans supported war during the Bush years as they do now. Democrats supported any war when their people were in power. Our country is full
of dumbfrick “my party first” people.

To be fair they were blaming Trump around this time in Biden's term.
Everything is Trump's fault. He has so much power over everyone and everything. He's more powerful than Israel, who control the world.

Bush had Democratic support/votes for both of his wars. Trump has essentially zero support from democrats and like 20% support from Indies in this conflict. He’s also lost major pieces of the MAGA media / podcasters that appealed to his coalition with this war

Blame Congressional GOP.
They passed OBBB and have done nothing else.
SAVE Act has been sitting in the Senate since last Spring.
Trump's nominees have languished in the Senate, leaving Biden holdovers running agencies (and Biden appointee dominated district courts selecting AUSAs).
No impeachments of rogue judges (or elimination of funding for their offices).
Trump's policies, which many of them were elected to implement, paralyzed.
So if the Dems take Congress, the blame falls completely to the GOP.

I mean if the cost of oil continues to shoot up and causes a massive wave of inflation that causes significant affordability issues and erodes trillions of dollars in equity market value - that’s very much on Trump

I mean I'm not voting for a democrat. It's pretty simple. Don't vote for them.
I do wish the primaries mean more to conservative voters.

Republicans very clearly screwed themselves with their weakness and shadiness.
Thune won't even call their poorly timed vacation a recess because he doesn't want Trump making recess appointments. frick these phonies.

CPAC convention going on in Dallas looks pretty empty from photos I have seen. Trump was supposed to speak but canceled.

I'll wager we lose the House and the Senate

People also cheered when the guy on the stage suggested impeaching Trump today at CPAC

The republicans screwed Trump first term and this time.

The Democrats path to the senate is hold GA, NH and MI then win 4 of NC, ME, AK, OH and TX. The betting markets currently have the odds at 50-50.

The tough part about that is he’s had so much Dem support on such a wide variety of issues before now. That’s really gonna hurt the Republicans he’s screwing.
Bonus points for using Bush and his wars in your example. I know how much you supported those.

It’s going to be a bloodbath because republicans in congress do not want to win. They are working feverishly to subvert Trump. And they are successful. Just look what they did with DHS and TSA, coast guard, and fema funding. Everyone is home for Easter recess and we’ve got nothing to show for it. Also the save America act is DOA.
Compare recess appointments from the first bush to now by president. I don’t think Trump has one in five years so far. No action on judges. Tillis is holding up fed reserve hearings. Whenever you see former first term Trump officials they are usually described as former acting this or that, because they were never confirmed in the first term. No different so far in the second term.
It’s infuriating to see.

I mean I was like 11 when those wars broke out. I used the Bush wars because there aren’t many other parallels to compare to
