Yeah, but it's Trump doing the nation building. That's different.

We could have voted for Kamala and continue to have Venezuelans flood our country and kill our citizens.

Also should be happy it’s now way cheaper to fill up the ramblin wreck on game days.

Nope.

It's already there.

And next thing we know, Trump will have bought the federal government into private oil companies.

Is that what Trump promised?

Did he say, "We're going to save a lot of money by kicking these illegals out?"

Or did he say, "We're going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it?"

One of those things is happening, one of them is not. Which one did he promise?

You obviously have no clue what you’re saying cause that might be the dumbest thing you’ve ever said on here. Low oil price doesn’t make it a bad investment. At all. The price is irrelevant here. There’s an abundance of oil with easier extraction than most places all it needs is a non Marxist government that will get out of the way.
I could go on about the price not being ANYWHERE NEAR too low to be a bad investment but you wouldn’t understand

I will defer to your better knowledge. I was just going on what I read in this Economiist article. Are you saying we WON'T need to pay oil companies to invest in Venezuela?

You are either retarded or you cannot read. You posted a quote that contradicts your headline.
Do you see a substantive difference between the US government (a) “paying” the oil companies and (b) “reimbursing” them?

Biggest oil reserves in the world and the oil companies are hesitant.
The size of the reserves is irrelevant, if those reserves cannot be recovered due to dangerous instability.

Sorry, but you have no clue what you are talking about. A few minutes of objective research would reveal
really? just a few minutes huh?

for a reminder I said:

Saudi oil production hit an all-time historical high in 2022 as Biden begged them to help him out. It was at this lowest production point since 2012 at the beginning of 2025. It has been increasing through 2025 but it's still well below the historical High.

I'm a whole lot better at it than you. I at least took Econ 101.

Do you really think the exporting countries pay the tariffs? Is that really what you think?

Doesn't surprise me that oil companies want the US to back them if they are to try and operate in Venezuela again. Shell cannot use drones to bomb an uprising funded by the chinese. The US can. If the US doesn't have a stake in their future, the oil companies don't want a stake either.
