Bullshiite. I have a house in Colorado. Ski slopes were shut down, couldn't generate any rental income. I did have to laugh when I visited coming from Florida. It was like walking into a different country.

Yeah, ski season was done. They clamped that down quick. My buddy in Aspen got pretty fricked out of that season’s worth of income.

We had friends and relatives visit from Nashville and Atlanta and they said the same thing. "Don't y'all know there's a pandemic?" I don't know what rural areas of Georgia and Tennessee were like but the cities were obviously fear factories.
