Yes, it is well know the beaches of broward and miami were closed briefly at the request of locals and advice of the Trump admin.
That is not closing all of the beaches in Florida.
The beaches of Florida were never all closed.
In fact in both March and April, Desantis has speeches on record encouraging people to go outside, including to the beach, specifically.

Desantis did close beaches temporarily in Miami/Broward, but specifically at the documented request of those local governments, and after a documented call with the Trump admin.

It was limited to those areas, at the local government's request, and was temporary. The rest of florida did not have a total shut down of beaches as implied by you.
Just say "Trump is being stupid here, I disagree with him on this but he is still the better candidate and I believe in him"
