DOGE is to placate supporters of what will otherwise be a fiscally libertine administration.
I support DOGE, I think they'll score some funny, big wins that will make little overall impact on government spending. I doubt it will lead to any systemic shifts (hope I'm wrong).

First of all, you don't know me, so lets start there.
Secondly, I understand what the man wants to do, I get it. Sometimes you cannot cut everything out, its not as simple as everyone wants to imagine as this money is being spread all over. Its a very hard task to appease everyone, deals have to be made. Not want to, have to.
I am merely saying that this man is using this time to get his name out in the public by being a hardass about this. He knows the general public is pissed off, he has twitter. He also knows full well if he holds out or makes people mad that he will get a mention somewhere, which is what he wants.
Most of you I assume operate with the assumption everyone is a good guy. I do not. I assume everyone is out to build his or her brand, obtain wealth or power with the country being secondary to them until they have proven something.
Thats just me.

Ive repeatedly stated Trump doesnt have the guts to cut spending because it will affect the growth rate, and unemployment rate.
