Let me guess. Hillary catered only to brilliant and enlightened people such as yourself?
Now you're seeing a problem, catering to the lowest common denominator is a plague in politics, regardless of where they fall on the political spectrum.

Good point. That's the problem with the progressive mindset, ironically.

And conversely, the problem with the conservative mindset, is just the opposite: sameness for the sake of sameness.

Change for the sake of change has gotten us Obama and Trump back to back. The irony lies in liberals and conservatives being at each others' throats when they are basically the same people.

If Trump is forced out thousands if not millions of Americans will be marching in the street that weekend and I will be one of them. I will get arrested and they can do to me what they want but my voice will not be silenced.

Not my impeachment!

Good idea, I would love to see all straight white men take a week (not just a day) and walk off their job. Since Trump's impeachment would basically be the middle finger to straight white men and they hate us so much, they shouldn't miss us. Of course they will when the U.S. economy and very way of life comes to a grinding half when all the straight white men stay home.

Why is there talk about impeachment?

Because CNN is pushing it...
it's why I have been making random threads complaining about hte media

It's beyond ridiculous...

and they all act like "We're just doing our job, it's not fake, these are real reports we're getting, we just can't out our sources"

Anyways, to answer your question, I have great hope in Trump will do positives for America. I had major major problems with Trump in the process and wasn't going to vote until I came to my senses why it was so important to be a part of the process

now, I am pulling like heck for him to do a great job.

He's not a gentlemen, I don't know what he is...the media is trying to take him out, that's what I see. They will just say, he's taking himself out

I want to believe he's strong, smart and has a plan...

There are days I question that...

I am not judging him until after 2 years in office...

All the Russian stuff is ludicrous...He wasn't even in politics when this started up, so I don't get the Russian angle. I think the Russians hacked Hillary but who knows,

Bottom line, if he is guilty of illegal stuff or blatantly lying to us, I will be really disheartened and I will lose my faith completely because all the professional politicians can't get anything done, they finger point, make mistakes, bankrupt us, and some how stay in the game

Many of the things Trump campaigned on I support.

If he gets canned, I will lose hope in America because we're slowly backsliding...debts will sink us...

It's all to garner more viewers. Remember Ebola in 2014? We all woke up one day and it was magically gone.

I'll be disappointed if Trump isn't in prison after this is over. But it won't break my heart if he just resigns.

What so many people don't understand is that Trump is just a symbol, he's representative of so many people tired of the upper class telling them how inferior they are, how their concerns don't matter, how they need to change, all of that. Sure Trump has a loose tongue and sometimes makes stupid comments, but we're okay with that because Trump is one of us.

That's your primary delusion right there.

Relax in knowing that a huge majority of people are behind you. If they run Trump out, setting him up-committing felonies-- by leaking his private conversations- as we are all watching. There will be a march and protest outside of DC until they are *all* but a handful resigned, as they no longer serve us.---- It is why Trump was elected.

I don't care if Trump told the Russian diplomats that Comey is a nutcase showboat, and the democrats need butt salve for their butthurt and whatshername wears a James Brown wig and Mary had a little lamb. It is usually in America-- privileged, conversation. We had Obama interviewed by a woman in a tub of milk with fruit loops and no one cared-but Trump can't say Comey is a nutcase? Are we living in backwards land? Obama is great but someone that wants to fix the economy and serve the people isn't?

Ignore the ignorant comments in here. They are butthurt democrats, fake moderates and neverTrumpers, mixed with trolls that playact all coy like they don't care about anything but 4chan and cartoon chicks--- but they do care.. They are hiding their politics or else they wouldn't be here-'just trolling.'

No, it would fulfill my expectations I posted on 2/28/16:

I imagine President Trump's first state of the union address will be short and sweet:

"Running this country is like trying to herd cats, let me tell you. To be honest with you, I quit. Good night, and may god help the United States of America."

Proof and evidence will be very important also the ton and support of President Pence or Ryan by both parties will be watched closely

If he resigns he played hard and to win and got caught. Faith remains.

If he is impeached I don't want some classified B's. I want cards on the table.

Getting arrested over Donald fricking Trump. How pathetic. There are a handful of people I'd get arrested for. They're all stored in my phone and I talk to them regularly.

Trump doesn't give one shite about you, or your premonitions about changing the DC status quo. The sooner you realize this, the better off you'll be.

Your concerns are silly and you should really consider making changes in your life.

Trump's resignation and/or impeachment would reaffirm my faith in America and in republican democracy. Even if the man were not an ethical vacuum, he is unfit to govern this great nation, both because of temperament and a deficit of intellect

By blindly supporting a clueless and potential harmful President?

That kind of cuts against the very foundation of the country.
