So, he wants justice for criminals. What’s the issue with that?

Good job Trump. We must investigate corruption,

Mr. Trump didn’t mention a provision of foreign aid to Ukraine on the call, said this person, who didn’t believe Mr. Trump offered the Ukrainian president any quid-pro-quo for his cooperation on an investigation.
Oh...

So is this fake news or doesn't matter that he did it?
If Biden's son is guilty, it's appropriate for sure.
If he's not, and Trump is guilty of trying to manufacture a crime against a political opponent, it's not appropriate.
Similarly, if Biden tried to manipulate the Ukranians to not investigate his son when, in fact, his son was guilty, that's a major problem.
If Biden tried to halt an unfair, untrue investigation into his son, that's appropriate.
It also matters whether or not either is using the power/money of the government to get what they want. Trump simply trying to convince the Ukranian govt to investigate is certainly much less of an issue as compared to threatening to withold aide for example. That logic would also be applied to Biden.
I think we all know what the truth is.

So, did he withhold their financial aid or give it to them in exchange?

My question is how did this info get released? Did it really happen and if so is there a recording?
Or is this a plant to bring up Biden's work in Ukraine?
Either way we need to know the truth.

Trump is there to drain the swamp. He is going after corruption. Doesn't matter.

Calls police.
Hey, that's conduct unbecoming.

I think it's a plant to give Biden a way of suggesting that an investigation is a politically driven situation.

So?
Is this illegal?
Is is ethical to ask the leader of a foreign government to prosecute your political opponent?

it's no worse than the governments of Australia and UK coordinating to create an investigation of the President of the US
this is not nearly the hot potato that the news made it out to be the past 48 hours

Is this one of those deals where trump says something offhand and people take it as gospel like with the Russia investigation?

Joe's son is running for POTUS too? Wow, that is a crowded field... You are such a putz...

What's ironic is that Biden was pushing for the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor because he wasn't doing enough to prosecute corruption there.
And you are accusing Trump of malfeasance here because he wants the Ukraine government to prosecute corruption as if that is now bad because Trump does it.

you're already fricking it up. investigation is not prosecution
and that literally happened to Trump already. i didn't see you screaming about the Meuller investigation (that exonerated Trump on the Russian coordination angle fully).

Well it's pretty difficult to misunderstand something Trump asked for 8 times.

It certainly is ethical to call the police if they commit a crime.
Same thing.
Biden is not special.
