I literally had an entire trial revolve around one stupid word my client said in a 65 page deposition. One word.
Words mean things to lawyers that they don't mean anything to other people

Yes. That isn't the point
He established, for the opposition, that there was, in fact, an insurrection.
His opinion on responsibility is irrelevant to them.
