Lawyer twitter right now is having a meltdown especially with some of the right wing ones. 
I don't know what the tell the people around here.
Step 1) Establish there was an insurrection
"Here is the defendant on video admitting there was an insurrection"
Step 2) Establish responsibility
"Defendant tries to shift the blame to someone else, but we will establish it was him through the following..."
He literally gave them step 1 if they wanted
Just say NOTHING. Say the CO thing was complete bullshite. What don't you people understand about this?

As always, multiple things can be true at once
1. It wasn't an insurrection. It's a terrible and ignorant misuse of the term
2. Pelosi intentionally allowed the Capitol to be overrun
3. It's beyond moronic to say what he said right now. Hiding behind muh bot and muh TDS doesn't change that.
