Now, I'll admit I only caught a glimpse, but those look like chimps, not monkey's. And it matters, chimps are great apes. Want to know what else is a great ape? A human. This would make it NOT racist.

I don't see any racism in it, regardless. There's a lot of characters/politicians in that, and what appears to be Biden as a gorilla sucking off a banana. This strikes me more as an insult free for all.

It isn't.
But the drill sergeant in Full Metal jacket telling Private Snowball that there is one thing he won't like about the Marines, that they don't serve fried chicken and watermelon three times a day in the mess hall, is.
Honest people can tell the difference between those two scenarios. The DI was trying to elicit a reaction by invoking a racist trope, and likely so was Trump.
I don't know why it's so difficult for people to be honest about this. I guess because political correctness really has made people so afraid to say what they really think.
Again, it doesn't upset me. I honestly think it's o.k. for people to hold racist opinions if that's what they really think, and it should be acceptable to discuss the topic. It's certainly o.k. for black people in 2026 to have racist opinions about white people. It should be o.k. for anybody to. Doesn't mean anybody has to agree. But it should be o.k. to discuss.
That's why I keep saying, defend it if you want. I grew up in the 70s and 8s when people would say those things to each other and I think society was better off for it. People didn't act like saying a certain word had some magical effect. They might not like it, but people didn't get so unhinged by mere words back then.
Just quit with the wide eyed, "Who, me?" act about it. Sure it's racist. Now if you want to add a "so what?" to that, go ahead.
