In 2020 there were 11,067,456 votes cast in Florida. Trump received 5,668,731 good for 51.22%. So far, according to ABC, a total of 7,747,842 votes have been cast for Governor, 3,319,614 fewer votes than in 2020. DeSantis has received 4,599,547 good for 59.37%.
If there were 11,067,456 votes cast for Governor, DeSantis would just need 1,069,184 out of 3,319,614 votes to match Trump's total. The percentage on that is less than 1/3 (32.2%). Basically, an inbred hick could easily get that mark. If DeSantis got just 3 out of every 8 votes of the 3,319,614 votes he'd receive 175K more than Trump.
Can't wait for DeSantis and the voters to put this loser out to pasture.
