CNN mad that Trump is talking about putting his signature on all checks so that Americans will know where it came from. If true it's a smart move in my estimation. Axelrod agreed.
CNN even said that people in his base won't cash it but will frame it.
(Whether Trump is really contemplating this I dunno. CNN is fake news after all).
