You would have laughed hysterically if ten years ago someone told you a president would pull this kind of shite.
Until BBONDS tried to imply that this is some kind of ordinary fiduciary behavior, I hadn't looked into the Board.
It's a testament to Trump's power that not ONE person on the Board would say "wait, a LIVING person's name sharing a MEMORIAL?"

Why do you think the Kennedys have been so silent? RFK, Jr. is an ex-officio member of the Board.

This may be one of the pettiest things a public figure has ever done. This is Nero or Caligula-esque.
I missed this the first time around. I later dropped a reference to Caligula's horse.

Patiently waiting on his response.

You're right, the left has had a decades-long headstart, but MAGA is catching up very quickly.

What’s driving populism? And don’t say jealousy. There are real societal and economic forces (and manipulation) driving these movements.
You're not going to like the answer, but Ben Shapiro did an amazing podcast a couple of weeks ago on why feminism is responsible for the left shifting toward socialism/communism and the right shifting toward authoritarianism, and women and men dividing exactly along those lines, which is exactly what the data says is happening.
Cliff's Notes, all the data—like, ALL the data...he literally pauses at one point to underscore that and announce that there is no conflicting data to oppose it as far as he knows—says the same thing about the strongest correlation with happiness for both men and women:
(Again, you won't like it)...Wait for it...wait for it...Being married and having children.
The most unhappy demographic is single women with children.
The happiest men are married men with children, then married men without children, then single men (I don't remember where single men with children fit, but based on the tone of the podcast I assume men was an exact mirror image as women, which would make it last on the list).
The happiest women were married women with children, then married women without children, then single women, and the least happy were single women with children.
Pretty much the exact opposite of what feminism has taught young women to expect from marriage and having children.
And because it has been so successful in teaching women to act contrary to their own happiness (as well as men's) by avoiding or abandoning the family as the basic unit of society, western society is experiencing a situation in which, more and more, the natural desires and virtues of each sex are unable to express themselves in the (obvious) social environment in which they were designed to be expressed in.
The data shows that men as a trend are interested in things while women as a trend are interested in people.
When you channel those basic instincts away from a familial context, they become toxic.
For both sexes.
And there's a lot in between the basic outlines I'm giving you and the conclusion about it explaining why the (more feminine) left is trending so hard towards socialism/communism and the (more masculine) right is trending so hard toward authoritarianism, but if you're interested the video is here: YouTube
Again, you won't like it. But I would be interested to see if you can refute it using data.

Sickening. Trump is a vulgarian and shouldn't be within a light year of any center of performing arts

The guy literally made a career in the performing arts before becoming POTUS. Stupid post, as usual.

I wasn't the one who posted the video the other day and wouldn't know where to find it, nor am I here to do your homework for you. If you doubt it, look it up yourself.
Also, frick you.
You're a whiny bitch lately.

All that to say single moms are the driving force behind populism? Otherwise, your anti-women tirade is totally irrelevant.

Oh, he's been nothing if not transparent this term.
He's not hiding anything.
Yes, I distinctly remember that going to war with Iran was his foremost campaign pledge.
And then, of course, he was very transparent about how it would only last a few weeks.

It can be called the Ronald McDonald Center or just shut it down. Waste of taxpayer money, apparently already spent somewhere else.

Should we stop paying to maintain all federal monuments and memorials? Did Trump waste money on the Reflecting Pool?
