Trump already laying landmines ahead of the press reaction, because his "deal" will probably contain some of the same points as Obama's. He really, really wants everybody to know that his is way better.

He puts out tweet about how a deal is just about done, this creates a flurry of news reports about the terms, then he cries a day or two later that those reports weren't accurate (and he may have backpedaled from the those terms due to the reactions to it). This whole saga has been WTF.

Because Trump always does this about most everything. He wants you to not believe your own eyes and trust his take on everything. Remember in his first term at the end of his "historic" North Korean summit? He stood in front on the cameras, displayed a document and he said, "complete denuclearization!". He wanted us to believe he had a firm pact with N. Korea towards denuclearization. When in fact, it was just a promise to talk about it some more at a future summit. N. Korea was back to testing 4 months later.

I don't buy the Epstein distraction angle. I believe a lot of dirty people are getting rich over this whole ordeal though. Tale as old as time.

There is no real deal. It's an oil market manipulation and the jagoffs at the NYMEX are falling for it right now. He knows that if the price of a barrel does north of 112 he has domestic problems as gas prices shoot above the 4.40 average so he has to force it down.

He did the same thing 3 weeks ago when he said a deal was imminent only for Tehran to say, no there wasn't.

So he's right in this one

That was a great Truth post. Simple and straight to the point. Basically what I was arguing when I got into it with MSNBC watching family members over the holiday weekend. Joe Scarborough and all the MSNBC talking heads were just going on and on about "what a bad deal" it is and how it "puts us in a worse position" and Iran in a stronger position "than before the conflict started..." I raised my voice and asked, "how do they know that? No one has even seen any deal. None of these talking heads are privy to the terms of the deal or the negotiation discussions, yet they're shitting on it and already proclaiming it's terrible and a Trump fail."

Then what the frick are the tweets about? Then why are supposed WH " Insiders " getting briefed and blabbing all over the internet about it ? Just shut up and make the deal without stroking the prospects of one.

Why don't you cry about it, TDS nerd.

I’m demanding even more than that. I’m same as you, but I also want financial reimbursement, personally.

Obama was trash, still is. Still, when I see a lie like this above

Where's the lie, you dipshit? Obama did pay them. Basically tried to bribe Iran to be nice. They used that money to fund Hezbollah and Hamas and attack Israel and Israeli civilians.

Ask Google AI (which is documented as liberally biased) if monetary payments were part of the the Obama admins deal with Iran to curb their development of nuclear weapons:

"Yes, the Obama administration transferred $1.7 billion to Iran in 2016. While this occurred at the same time the nuclear deal (JCPOA) was implemented, the administration stated the payment was actually a settlement of a decades-old legal dispute.

Breakdown of the $1.7 Billion PaymentThe total amount was divided into two distinct parts:$400 Million (Principal): This was money Iran had paid to a U.S. Foreign Military Sales trust fund before the 1979 Islamic Revolution for fighter jets that were never delivered.

$1.3 Billion (Interest): This was the negotiated interest on that original $400 million, which had been frozen for over 35 years.Controversy Over the PaymentThe payment became highly controversial due to its timing and the method of delivery: Cash Delivery: The initial $400 million was delivered in cash (specifically euros and Swiss francs) via an unmarked cargo plane. The administration stated cash was necessary because sanctions prevented a direct wire transfer through the U.S. financial system."

So, no lies were told, you TDS bitch.
