Prior to Trumps move, FEMA has never been awesome at anything. Hopefully that changes now. FEMA sucks and always has.
But like I said in the part you might have missed. The part you quoted was before I heard the new person Trump put over Fema. I finished with giving a thumbs up to Trump on allowing FEMA to help. (for once)

I agree but go one step farther, and put the blame where it lies,and thats on the whole Biden administrations and the dems running all these agencies.
My guess is, if you look at every dept. and who's is leading them there aint 1 republican, but the left is worried about Trumps appointments.

Some areas have been a shite show of incompetence, some have been incredibly efficient and well run.
Sad part is most or all of the services could be run at half the cost, with minimal oversight on finances
