I wonder if he’ll pitch his grift about the “Trump Gold Card”
…allowing chinese billionaires to buy citizenship for their 56 kids.

He will sit there and observe, as is his right as an American citizen. He won't be there to give speeches. It constantly amazes me how stupid some of you people are.

And likewise it amazes me what you cult members will endure from trump. He’s hitting you in the wallet every time you go buy anything anywhere right now.

Then again, Jim Jones had over 900 people convinced he was the savior they needed to follow too. So I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised.

He is absolutely right in everything he is saying. The 14th was written for freed slaves. It had absolutely nothing to do with Mexico or Chinese billionaires.

Yeap even the senator that wrote amendment has stated that in the arguments during that time

From where do you retards come? Like you actually had this thought, typed it out, proofread it and still didn't notice how retarded it was.

This retard think it is inappropriate for a party to the case that the USSC is hearing to sit in on the hearing. These are the retards we are dealing with.

That will be interesting

There is no sensible reason to have birthright citizenship outside of individuals who have legally immigrated to the US and are in process of obtaining their citizenship. Even the aforementioned scenario should not give a child born to non citizens US citizenship until one parent is a legal citizen.

Looks like me and a Netflix show. I just can't keep my eyes open. I sympathize.

Why would this piss off SCOTUS? You realize that oral arguments are open to the public and he is a party to the suit, right? He is well within his rights to be there and his presence shouldn't affect the way SCOTUS conducts themselves whatsoever. To suggest he shouldn't be there flies in the face of everything our judicial system stands on.

Everything you said is correct. But OMB. So we gotta piss and moan about it like children.

Good. If the danger of our enemies given citizenship upon birth, due to a 5 day trip by the mother, and one day moving back here to get into office, isnt emphasized heavily the DOJ failed us.

This decision makes or breaks our nations future.

Libs bitch if the President plays golf after work.

Libs bitch if the President wants to attend possibly the most important SCOTUS decision of our time. As if he has no skin the game.

If you people knew how fricking stupid you are, you'd be twice smart as you are now. Instead, you open your mouth and leave the rest of us with no doubt.

I hope you turkeys don't look up when it rains.

You think Trump will wear a tan suit to the hearing?

Sounds like a political question for the political branches to take up.

They’ll overrule it. Alito, Thomas, Kav, Barrett are definites. Three goobers on the other side.

Gorsuch wrote the tariff opinion and led the anti-Chevron deference brigade for years like he wants to defer to Congress and cede power back to them, but he could be convinced by some obscure contemporaneous writings in the subject.

Roberts is likely a no, but I could see him giving the Admin a vote here as he is ultimately counting all of the balls and strikes he calls in his Court.
