What if Peltola were to win this gy greater than 3 points? Then the premise is no longer valid. At best Daniel J looks like he would garner maybe 2.5% of the vote. If Peltola has a wider spread, you cannot even attempt to claim interference

That's the risk for any party in elections like this. Peltola has already won a statewide election in Alaska being the Representative at Large. It's not a Congressional District, per se so she has a level of statewide recognition. But she did lose to Begich 2024. Not like a Letlow in LA where she only represented a region of the state. Interesting that she is ahead in the polls though.....why run someone whom the voters rejected and who has never been able to actually garner a majority vote in the general election.

They dont have anybody else
Plus she's tied into some pretty powerful corporations/industries in the State and stupidly enough....most Alaskan natives in the state will vote for her just because she's "one of us"
