The suit isn’t always about sticking. It’s about highlighting the issue sometimes. Democrats do it all the time when they know it won’t pass Legal challenges, but it’s about highlighting an issue or temporarily stopping something. Fighting fire with fire.

Not a bad idea . It would set a president for the future . Maybe republicans can do the same in the future . Would work good in nonpartisan school board elections.

At worst it puts this in the radar and everyone will be talking about it so hopefully the voters don’t make that mistake- this is a wise move on Trumps part- anyone disagreeing is an idiot
