Trump just said we are focusing on getting the criminals out.

So basically, saying the same thing he's been saying.

On the flip side, the democrats are saying he's focused on deporting your grandma.

Truth is probably in between.

The rest of the statement expounded on the strategy way more thoroughly.

I wonder why that tidbit specifically was quote.

Because gumbo pot is a moron and so are most posters here.

I bet very few people that posted in this thread listened to the video.

You've presented an excellent overview of the dynamics we'd expect of this operation to "out-flank" the Dem voting machine -- were it run to its logical end game.

Unfortunately I am of the opinion that Trump and his operators / enforcers are NOT running an honest "game"; that the game is already pre-determined and rigged. He and this admin are NOT there to "fix" anything long term.

Fwiw, when I invoked, "Let's go in like gangbusters. Create the lasting impression", the intended context was the Trump Admin initial reaction on every policy....to initially be super-aggressive, then eventually giving way to fizzling out far before before mission completion when few are looking. In other words, they are creating mirages and false memories. Trump already knows MAGA won't call out the inconsistencies and incomplete passes, but instead will loyally circle the wagons no matter what.

He already was soft on immigration. They've only deported a few hundred thousand. The vast majority of their deportation numbers are based on 'self-deportation' which is an unprovable, bullshite number.

The only accurate self-deportation numbers come from the program that paid illegals to self deport, but that only accounts for a small fraction of the overall self-deportation number. Turns out they can make way more than what they were offered if they just stay here. Plus, they get all of the illegal benefits, policies republicans refuse to change through legislation.

No. I can just comprehend whats stated

He stated, "you gotta lighten up on this...they came in illegally but they're good people and they're working now on farms...in luncheonettes and hotels." - that ain't what I voted for.

Are you arguing that this isn't a softening of Trump's deportation plan, or are you suggesting he was never going to deport the 10 million illegals that came in under Biden (as a start)?

The whole system would collapse if we got rid of cancer!

The whole system would collapse if we got rid of ALL the illegals!

The whole system would collapse if we got rid of pedophiles and cannibals!

The whole system would collapse if we stopped using tax dollars to fund Israel’s conquests!

It's sad to see the sycophants have to eat shite over and over because trump goes against campaign promises. At some point you got to stand up for your own beliefs and not just go along with one politician's whims.

I knew we would never 10+ million deportations but the numbers are dog shite.

There is an estimated 2 million self-deportations so far...add that to the forced deportations and you are at least 20% there.

I'm not sure how people think this could be done much faster.
