Those are consistent with massive tech / Bay-Valley concentration and leverage via call options.

"Is it likely......" The day before biden's EO re Federal mandatory use of EV's went into effect she & her husband each purchased $500K worth of Tesla stock. As well, as long time Speaker of the House she controlled which bills came up for votes in the House. She never allowed any bill re insider trading in Congress to even come up for a vote.
