Turtle saying 2 days of written questions, alternating between each side.

He didn't say if they have to sign their questions.

Trial adjourned.

Did Roberts have court today?

Love how they keep using the Democrats' own testimony against them

The problem is that the 4 or 5 Republicans that will determine if this goes on or ends aren't even paying attention.

They are not interested in doing the right thing. It's obvious this is a sham.

They have their own agenda as usual.

Have they said if the questions are anonymous or the Senator named?

I knew nothing about her before the Kavanaugh saga

But in that fairly short time she's reached the near top of my most hated list

What an insufferable woman

It’s pretty telling who’s confident in their position......Dims take all the allotted time to make their case and still want witnesses, R’s use about 14 hours for the defense and Cipollone ends the day by telling the Dims to do the right thing and grow the frick up! Lol?

Different agendas. The dems are simply trying to create as many sound bites and clips for the MSM to put on loop as possible.

I’m beginning to believe the Dims want a new precedent and a lower bar for impeachment because they feel it will typically benefit the Dims in the future. Really dumb!

They haven't accepted a Republican president as legitimate since GHWB.

The questioning phase begins tomorrow and senators are meeting to formulate the queries to House managers and Trump’s defense team. The questioning will last 16 hours, or two days.

Senators will submit their written questions to the chief justice who reads them to the attorneys they are directed to. The process is not just orderly, but also orchestrated in a way that senators can work with legal counsel to make sure their side of the story is told.

Wyoming Republican Sen. John Barrasso explained Saturday how the GOP conference will handle questions:

“We will meet as a conference and decide what questions we want to pose and what the order may be of those questions. It seems like the chief justice is going to go back and forth, one Republican question, one Democrat question. And some questions may be to just bring out more information from the White House counsel and some may be specifically to go after what the House” managers have said.

Does the United States have our version of James Bond? It's time for him to put his 00 license to work, starting with this Lawfare bunch.
