Trump fined $10,000 in NY civil trial for alleged gag order violation

On Wednesday afternoon, a Manhattan judge issued a $10,000 fine to 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump over an alleged gag order violation.
According to Bloomberg, the fine came after Trump called a law clerk who sits beside Justice Arthur Engoron "partisan."
An Oct. 3 gag order barred Trump from speaking publicly about the law clerk and other court staff.
This comes after Engoron fined Trump $5,000 last week for not deleting a post about the clerk, Reuters reports.
During a break in the lawsuit trial brought forth by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Trump said, "this judge is a very partisan judge, with a person who's very partisan sitting alongside of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is."

Can't be fined for telling the truth. I hope he keeps talking, never pays, and appeals. This judge and his entire staff need to be removed.

What does the clerk do that makes his partisanship important or effective to the case/proceedings? I get the Judge making a difference but not the clerk.
10k for Trump id probably less than 19 bucks to the avg person hope he pays in a bag of pennies. Or just keeps fighting it in appeal.
