Should have brought his arse to the Federal District in Miami, FL
These fricksticks have set up a go fund me for Maduro and are protesting on his behalf.
The jury pool there is made up of commies and socialists.

I think the SDNY has jurisdiction over international narcotics cases.

If that’s the case then the Trump DOJ needs to change this to Miami, FL.
NYC has fallen and is compromised.
They are just as capable to getting convictions in other Federal jurisdictions as the SDNY.
Additionally, the SDNY is too powerful and high/mighty about itself.

Maybe. Could happen I suppose.
If the leftist SDNY judiciary somehow gets Maduro released without any consequences for essentially running a drug cartel it will just further expose the dysfunction of the US judiciary, primarily due to leftist infestation.

Maybe so. But he won’t be going back to Venezuela, so we’ll still accomplish our goals.
Plus we can still use the intel he provides against 2020 election fraud perpetrators.

Unfortunately it doesn't. These people walk in lock-step and have no shame. They're not at all afraid to be hypocritical.
They simply rely on the narrative control apparatus to feed their sheep the perception that "Maduro isn't perfect but is being unjustly and illegal persecuted and prosecuted" and BOOM! The framework is set. They're already doing it.
You're thinking from a mindset of someone who has morals and standards. That doesn't apply to radical liberals.

I’m sure the judge will dismiss any and all cases and require that he be returned to Venezuela with reparations .
