The files are never going to be released because powerful people in both parties would be exposed. It’s just a political football at this point that will get thrown around every election cycle by the opposition.

No, they aren't. The Grand Jury documents are only the testimony of two people, a NYP cop and an FBI agent. The multiple judges who ruled against Trump's stunt made this clear.

Only grand jury material/transcripts is covered by the court order. Those materials are a small fraction of the Epstein files.The DOJ can release their entire file absent those documents today. It’s a total deflection to protect pedophiles and human traffickers.

The admin selected one specific slice of files (related to a GJ that isn't really necessary considering we have the evidence from the trial in that matter) they knew would not be able to be released (because it's GJ evidence).
It's a small % of the total and not really a relevant one.
The admin can release the much larger % of files/evidence (which would even have overlap with the GJ evidence).

And that could be released, as long as it wasn't from the record of the GJ proceedings.
Most, if not all, of that stuff is already in the public because, you know, they did a trial of Maxwell that had 10-100x the evidence of the GJ.

Tim Burchett tried having Congress pass legislation to release all Epstein files this past week and Dems killed it again. Don't fall for the Dems bullshite on releasing the Epstein files. There are so many top DEMOCRATS involved in pedophilia that if they release the files there will be severe damage done to DC and Hollywood. BTW, I'm all for releasing all the files.
