Well, the cartels do operate by fear and murdering of politicians, police, journalists, and anyone else who speaks out against them. I'd say that falls under the umbrella of terrorism. Narco terrorism or whatever they want to call it.

This is just stupid. Of course it is. We are the #1 consumer of these narcotics globally. Not to deny your point about oil being a motivating factor - I'm sure it is. But I'm also not stupid enough to suggest that we are incapable of caring about two things at the same time. That's Roger's role.

LOL. The US consumes MORE cocaine (28% globally - more than the entire European continent) and MORE Fentanyl than any other single nation on Earth. We had more fentanyl deaths in recent years that the entire rest of the world COMBINED. These drugs are coming from South America. Its not even remotely disputed. Mexico is the number 1 source of Fentanyl in the US and Colombia is cultivating 65% of the worlds cocaine supply.
The fact that some of those narcotics are also being trafficked to Europe and other markets means absolutely fricking nothing in terms of our desire to stem the illegal drug trade to the US. These short-sighted and poorly though out dem talking points don't work here.

But it makes Team Tangerine look bad, so of course they believe it and will not question it. Does not matter what is truth. So long as it makes Orange look bad, it's a good thing. Period.
