Trump is truly in his element when relating to common-folk. In spite of how the media portrays him, he is probably the most personable man in all of national politics right now. He just sees people as people, not color or class or demographic. Just, American people.

You know the people that got in line and the vehicle that Trump spoke with all that was coordinated ahead of time not all the cars but it wasn't random
And I'm not saying that this is bad I thought this is a beautiful move on Trump's part but these people who got on camera that Trump was speaking to a good campaign doesn't leave that up to chance this isn't an insult of Trump it's acknowledging he knows what he's doing
