Thats what government should be. We should have skeptics in every branch of government especially in ones where taxpayer money is spent and injections are forced apon the citizens

Which is perfectly fine. When you're medically contraindicated, then we rely upon herd immunity to protect you from infection.
It's choosing not to vaccinate for no reason other than unfounded fear which causes outbreaks like ones we've seen in California and are currently seeing in Colorado.

The catch to that is you can't sue for damages any company that makes vaccines...

But that's not one we have here. We pretty much have someone with the same views on autism and vaccines as Jenny McCarthy

Because otherwise no company would want to make them, especially in the age of Jenny McCarthy killing children.

That is a ridiculous statement, what about all the other medicines? Why would anyone make anything then? McDonald's got sued for someone spilling coffee on themselves...

I don't know who Jenny McCartney is and im not well versed on vaccines. Im perfectly fine with skeptics in government however in most degrees

I think that's because of our ridiculous health insurance setup more so but I won't say that that doesn't contribute.
Further, vaccines cause the gay
Gian Paolo Vanoli, a 70-year-old scientist
"The vaccine is introduced into the child, the child then grows and tries to find its own personality, and if this is inhibited by mercury or other substances present in the vaccine which enter the brain, the child becomes gay. The problem will especially be present in the next generations, because when gays have children, the children will carry along with them the DNA of their parent’s illness. Because homosexuality is a disease, even though the WHO has decided that it is not. Who cares! The reality is that it is so. Each vaccination produces homosexuality, because it prevents the formation of one’s personality. It is a microform of autism, if you will. You will see how many gays there will be in the next generation, it will be a disaster."

They lost because they were exposed to the most malignant, sleazy, inefficient, and expensive tort system in the history of the world.
The lady squeezed a disposable coffee cup between her legs, popped the top off of it and the cup collapsed. Nowhere else in the world would she receive a multimillion dollar settlement for what amounted to her own stupidity.

Boo. Hoo.

She asked for $20,000 initially anyways.

Vaccines are afforded a slightly unique status because of both their importance and because of their process.
Vaccines only work when you intentionally disturb the immune system. Usually, (99.99%) of the time, that's not a problem. In some people (because the human body and specifically the immune system is very complex), this can cause adverse reactions. Some of these reactions are minor, some are severe, most are unpredictable.
But it's in the interest of the population (and individuals) to have vaccination rates as high as possible. To that end, Congress didn't want a scare that may or may not be related to vaccines to scare drug companies from even attempting to make them - because there may come a day when we need as much capacity as we can find. Hence, in the 80s the companies were shielded from the any adverse effects of vaccines.

Wow.
I learned in ninth grade biology that inheritance of acquired traits doesn't happen.

quote:I thought this for years. But, sorry, it just does not comport with the facts of the case. You should try to read more about it to see if it would open your mind at all. The coffee was near-boiling (I believe something like 50 degrees hotter than industry standard) and the elderly lady was badly disfigured (literal 3rd degree burns) and never recovered fully. McDonalds refused extremely rational and modest settlement requests (I think the lady asked for $20K or something like that) and thus ended up with a fully jury outcome that was orders of magnitude more severe. I hate frivolous lawsuits as much as the next guy, but this is not a good example of one.
