Why do I have the feeling that whomever the leader of that country is just said whatever Trump wanted to hear? Trump will be gone in 24 months, what will we do if they don't invest that money or keep pushing it off. "Be patient, coming...any day now!

This seems like it's impossible. Qatar has an annual GDP of $200B. They are going to make a 5x commitment to the US?
