So when the UN distributes the money there's less corruption??
Posted on 12/29/25 at 2:46 pm to EphesianArmor
The money can now go direct. Probably get more of it lol.

Is that just to Minnesota?

I'm not arguing. I'm trying to understand your position. I suggested bypassing the UN would provide more money directly to the recipient. I took your response to mean there'd be more corruption when money is given directly to the recipient instead of going through the UN.

Is there a single State, National or International politico that does not attain wealth FAR beyond that of their salary while managing monies designated for the truly suffering poor? It makes me lose faith in the inherent goodness and ultimate salvation of humanity. Even Jesus go pissed and grabbed a whip and went after the Moneychangers in the temple.
Elon is spot on. But we’ll never see a valid budget or a verifiable vote in this nation. We deserve what is coming. “The love of money is the root of all evil”. Not rocket science.

Amazingly the US us still bound to honor and yield to any declared "International Health Emergency" by its officials (as in 2020.) By the agreement the US is bound to surrender of US sovereignty and authority. Our freedom of movement and economy can be shut down all over again at a whim.
Was this a treaty ratified by congress or an EA from Biden?
Even if a treaty, after all the Covid lies and misdirection, there’s no way people would comply. And red state governors would give DC the finger for sure.

What's your take on why this is happening?
America First!
You cultists have taken mental gymnastics to a whole new level.

Should have went to ZERO.
Yeah, zero and while we are at it withdraw from the UN, close the building in New York and send all the “diplomats” and their staffs back to their countries.
The UN was a good idea but it does absolutely nothing for the US. It is a money pit filled with vipers.

I absolutely voted for this.

Probably so, but it seems like the UN process would introduce extra layers of corruption.

Now that's a really good question.

I'm not sure how to read this. On one hand it could mean that the dollar is so strong that there isn't as much need to bribe...errrrrr..."aid" other countries into using it. On the other hand, it could be that the value of the dollar around the world has gotten so bad that these countries don't want them anymore. Or it could be something else entirely. Who knows?
Try reading it like this, it’s a huge slush fund and huge waste of money.
We’ve poured trillions of $$ just into Africa over the last several decades.
What has the improvement been? Essentially nothing. We’ve put billions of $$ just into USAID programs for HIV prevention in Africa, liberals were outraged when we finally closed the money tap.

My question is in the timing. Why now, and how does the elite benefit from it, because that's the only reason it's being done.

If that’s your position than there is no argument.

I’m concerned our politicians aren’t going to be setup for generational wealth if they keep cutting foreign aid.
