Lots of things like this have been circulating via email and group texts. I’ve been all over the city this weekend and haven’t seen any ICE agents or anything like that. Of course that doesn’t mean they didn’t happen.

I’ve got a suggestion. Carry your papers with you and show them your visa, birth certificate, etc. and cooperate. Shouldn’t be a big issue.
