Is the language still there about never being audited by the IRS again still in the bill. That’s just straight BS.

I do believe Trump loves to bait them in on things like this, but I'm tired of not seeing people in handcuffs (not from this incident though). I'm thinking from all the stuff they been uncovering in the last year. Somebody has to go to jail.

Pretty sure its not legally binding if the terms aren't legal.A judge ruled it to be illegal.

Reading some of the history of the funding mechanism, the program is an approved congressional expenditure started up in 1965, and used to pay off the black farmer discrimination billion dollar program 15 years ago among others. Its congressional purpose is to pay off claims rapidly that congress had to approve individually prior to 1965. It also avoids trial discovery issues that might be embarrassing.

I guess he will keep the damages for himself then.

This will certainly test the theory that Trump’s $10 billion damages case was a slam dunk.

Is Trump so dumb that he can't figure out who the swamp is at this point? Also, instead of draining the swamp he sure seems to have added to it with many of his appointments.

Does this mean that he is back to suing the IRS for leaking his financial information to media outlets? Would be a fun time when they reach "discovery" part of the investigation.
