Number one he is not a citizen. And I am sure non-citizens should not be here ostensibly to cause mayhem and terrorize American citizens.

Poor guy is probably being held in Alexandria. That is where LA holds people before flaying them out of the country
I bet he is in Jena, Louisiana, they have a quite large immigration detention center.

Didn't this cat lead an illegal protest and occupy buildings on a college campus? Those seem like breaking the laws.

This guy was arrested for supporting Palestine and you’re trying to claim he’s getting special treatment? Good grief.

Youre not allowed to harass and interrupt the daily lives of innocent American or foreign students here on visas just because youre mad your Muzi fam started a war they werent prepared to suffer the consequences of.

That is in fact illegal, and im glad hes being deported for it. Hopefully he will be sent to Gaza so he can die with those who he so deeply admires.

So the law he broke was the law against interrupting the daily life of other people? Do cops know about this law? Seems like they are guilty of breaking it more than any other group.

Even if the Judge tries to butt in and say "no", put the fricker on a plane anyway. The judge can't order his return, and what could he do to those involved?
Hold them in contempt and put them under the jail?

Maybe by bringing Khalil back.

WRONG Hankum. President Trump has pardon power. that judge won't be locking anyone up if Trump says no. The convictions are likely overturned on appeal too the judge's order wpuld be illegal for lack of jurisdiction.
