Anyone watching can alert officials to one camera. Officials confirm and alert the correct locating authorities. The only thing they’d have to figure out is how to keep the cameras from being destroyed/shot out.

No. A virtual wall is only effective in certain situations. A virtual wall near a town or city is useless. The illegals disappear into town. In a remote area, identify them and capture them before they get to a road or town where they can get away.
