President Trump responded, “I don’t know what he’s using, but that was not—he was higher than a kite!”

Well... he wasn't on NOTHING.

I watched the speech. I kept looking for him

No shite. They probably got him pumped with all kinds of shite to make him look functional. Otherwise, he'd fall asleep 5 minutes into the speech.. and those first 5 minutes would just be of him slurring and mumbling about shite from his past that never happened.

Just another reason to not vote for politicians over 60. They are all heavily medicated to function.
