I have a couple fairly moderate Democrat friends here in Madison that are pretty politically connected... They full expect Tom Tiffany to run away with the election now. Hong is a wingnut commie.

At this point I am leaning to believe the right is funding these clowns.

Oh, it’s very likely that she’ll win the primary. All of the other candidates have tripped over their own dicks. In a head to head with Tiffany she is the weakest one. Two or three of the others might’ve had a shot.
She’s running the type of campaign that will work in the farthest left areas of Madison but is not playing well elsewhere. Some of my very left leaning acquaintances are disgusted by how radical she is. They’ll vote with Lenin but voting for someone left of Lenin is a bit much.
