This is the sincere question: Are you just saying that because you're posturing, trying to continue this silly debate?

Or can you just not admit that I was right

And I'm not looking to spike the football here I'm just asking: why at this point are you still trying to insist paxton is going to win?

Oh, the margin of error on the Trafalgar poll? 2.9%. So the "cushion," if you could call it that, would be .1%

MOE goes both ways

You could also say it’s possible Talarico is up 5.9 points

The midterms aren’t going to be kind to the GOP. This board is going to melt bigly in November. Americans didn’t vote for more wars and more inflation and their disgust will be seen at the polls

The poster you’re responding to is not cheering for that outcome, he is merely predicting it.

Yall really, really need to grow up and learn the difference.

I’ll help. I would be pretty excited if y’all got your shite rocked in November. It would be well earned.

See the difference?

that's in the BEST case. it can go the opposite way too, or it could be exactly 2.9 as predicted. we won't know until election night

a ridiculous, tired response to valid criticisms and concerns. anything less than mindless devotion is a "troll". facts be damned.

maga will fizzle out because you people attack each other so fiercely and so quickly. democrats don't do this.

For a Texas senate seat, you should be. if Paxton wins, it will be a small margin. you should be worried for the future why it's not a 10-15% victory in a state like Texas

The reality is that the MAGA voters, who failed to pay attention to the fact that paxton was a risk, are the real ones to blame

The blind obedience to tweets that come from some Jackass that just calls himself Magga or gets a picture taken with Trump you know you can get a picture taken with Trump for a certain amount of money at multiple events around the country

These low-intellect clowns, many of whom think of themselves as rabidly attentive voters that post here on the Poliboard
,, their ignorance is not stupidity; it's ignorance because they failed to learn. They didn't even try to learn because internet smack talk is more important than truth

Hard to fathom Texas voting for a Democrat Senator.

Well, you ran a bad candidate. Too much assuming we going to win because they so bad. Well, you have to give them a reason to vote for you and not just vote against the other guy.

Where Paxton is probably struggling is with independents. Hispanics are probably turned off by the illegal immigration raids. Add to that a GOP base that is not wild about Paxton and here you are.

I agree unfortunately

But it isn't for the reasons you state.

Its because 90% of the politicians that claim to be maga aren't maga at all.

Well I mean a lot of the MAGA politicians are just playing a role I mean they see a way to mimic to play off of Trump, and again this is no insult of Trump

Trump has done an incredible job of creating his own narrative it's just that it's his narrative and other people really can't replicate it

And Trump is being exactly who he always was Art of the Deal, the main character on The Apprentice. In 2016 the very famous debate with Hillary, when she criticized all the tax breaks he was taking advantage of and he called her out, saying This is the law you've written into law His kids making money now it's not illegal

He's just working the laws and angles better than most if not all

all of this, Trump is just a masterful politician

I am sincerely confident Paxton will win. I do like you declaring victory a month before the election. Why can’t I do the same?

It’s also pretty arrogant for you to think you are in even the top 100 things I think about as to why I think Paxton will win. Much less asking if you’re the sole reason. You gotta ego on you.

They just need to debate already.

Time is running out, it’s it’s BS that we may not get to see a debate for someone who wants to be Senator.
