this is where it gets real scary in the implementation part of things. you can demand equity in terms of government/society, but that still won't completely nullify the differences in individuals. there is a reason why Pol Pot killed anyone he considered to be intelligent or academic (that would be "toxic intelligence" i suppose)

Had a boss that would qualify. Had a sleeping couch in his office and would many nights work through to morning getting naps in.
Of course he expected us to do the same. He hated seeing me leave “early “ at 6:30 or 7 pm.
